How do purchase returns affect my dividend balance?

  • The 1%1 and 5% back2 from all returns credited to your REI Co-op Mastercard account will be deducted from your rebate balance. The merchandise return date and your billing cycle will determine if REI receives information to recalculate totals before rebates are calculated.
